Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation in Kentucky is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support field technicians and customers. You will handle calls, dispatch technicians, and help with billing and administrative tasks in a warehouse setting.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and less than 2 years related experience; Microsoft Office proficiency and strong communication skills are preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent phone skills
• Good communication, organizational, math and computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Leadership skills, technical experience and knowledge a plus
• Ability to multitask
