Job summary

Free People in Natick, MA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support selling, service and operations of the store, fostering an environment rooted in fitness, wellness and happiness. You will collaborate with the leadership team, support store processes and development of the team.

You will act as a brand ambassador, drive omni-channel shopping, support event programming, and lead with feedback to build a high-performing team while assisting in recruiting and payroll planning.

Qualifications

1+ years store leadership experience.
Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs incl. nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Act as a brand ambassador and reflect company values; partner with leadership on creating engaging visuals for FP Movement.
Develop selling initiatives and personalize service to build customer relationships.
Support store events and partnerships with fitness and wellness partners.
Ensure omni-channel shopping experience through MPOS, POS, and FP App.
Guide team to prioritize customer service and styling to hit store goals.
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent; support bench for the store.
