Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service and styling.
• Partner with leadership to create engaging visual experiences and events.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention of store staff.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, payroll, and MPOS/FP App usage to maintain standards.
• Foster a collaborative selling environment and drive store performance.
