Free People Burlington is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support selling, service, and operations in a dynamic retail environment. This role emphasizes wellness, fitness, and an engaging customer experience through personalized service and strong leadership.

The candidate will drive team development, visual standards, and omni‑channel shopping experiences while partnering with leadership to execute events and community engagement in the local market.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supports selling, service, and store operations to create an inspiring environment.
• Delivers personalized service, product recommendations, and builds relationships with customers.
• Collaborates with leadership to create engaging visual experiences and events with partners.
• Manages omni‑channel experiences using MPOS, POS, and FP App.
• Leads with a people‑first approach, giving feedback and developing the team.
