Job summary

Hilldrup coordinates commercial moves from order initiation to successful delivery, acting as the primary contact for customers and coordinating with United Van Lines agents, national account representatives, customers, and internal staff.

You will receive move orders from account representatives and prospects, adjust registrations as needed, confirm crew assignments, and manage timelines, ETAs, and destination support while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move orders from initiation through delivery and keep clients informed.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and liaise with agents and internal teams.
• Update ETAs, registrations, crew assignments, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare reports and maintain active files; occasional site visits.
• Provide after-hours support as needed.
