Job summary

Hilldrup is seeking a hands-on Move Coordinator with leadership chops to oversee customer moves on-site. You will manage a crew of up to five, perform pre-trip inspections, and ensure safe transport of belongings while delivering first-class service.

This physically demanding role requires lifting up to 100 pounds solo and up to 400 pounds with a team, working in varying temperatures, and maintaining professionalism on the job site. Reliability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6–12 months of household goods experience.
• UVL Packer and Mover certification training provided upon hire.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
• Must pass drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to five crew members during customer moves.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Transport customer goods safely to designated locations.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through communication.
