Job summary

Hilldrup is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a Georgia office. You will post jobs, source candidates, screen interviews, and coordinate selections in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Familiar with recruitment laws and best practices.
• Experience with ATS or recruitment systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to identify best-fit candidates.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage recruitment administration: update ATS, track workflows, post positions, and onboarding materials.
• Participate in workforce planning, succession planning, and internship programs.
• Attend recruiting events, career fairs, and maintain a professional social media presence.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Measure and report recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve practices.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
