Job summary

Two Coast Living in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents by performing maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic upgrades to company standards.

You will work with the Maintenance and Property Management teams, completing turnover tasks, ensuring safety and quality, and supporting ongoing repairs. This full-time, onsite role offers growth toward a Maintenance Technician position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance or turnover experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) tasks including painting, repairs, fixtures, testing, and cleaning.
• Ensure every apartment meets quality and safety standards before move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with safety standards.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members throughout the community.
