Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician in Westminster, CO to prepare vacant apartments for new residents. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic updates to meet company standards and ensure move-in readiness on schedule.

The role works with Maintenance and Property Management teams, with a path toward the Maintenance Technician role after 12+ months of strong performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) including painting, fixture replacement, HVAC filter changes, flooring touch-ups, and cleaning.
• Ensure each apartment meets quality and safety standards before move-in.
• Assist maintenance team with ongoing repairs and property upkeep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with safety standards.
