Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to transform recently vacated apartments into move-in ready homes. You will perform repairs, replace fixtures, test appliances, and apply fresh paint to ensure an inviting first impression for new residents.

This full-time role offers Monday–Friday hours, on-call emergencies, health benefits, 401(k) with auto-enrollment after 60 days, and paid time off. A valid driver’s license and a year of maintenance or painting experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in general building maintenance or painting preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Aptment Refresh: repair surfaces, fixtures, test appliances, HVAC filters, lighting and paint.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety standards.
• Support maintenance team with ongoing repairs and property upkeep.
• Interact with residents in a friendly, professional manner on-site.
