GPI Management is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents. You will perform repairs, painting, cleaning coordination, and general maintenance to ensure units are safe, clean, and move-in ready.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of apartment maintenance or related experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacant units and complete make-ready tasks per checklist.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting repairs.
• Replace light fixtures, outlets, switches, blinds, and hardware as needed.
• Repair or replace appliances when necessary.
• Patch, texture, and paint walls.
