Kairoi Residential is seeking a Service Make-Ready to prepare vacant apartments for new residents in Austin, TX. You will clean, repair, and inspect units to ensure move-in readiness and help create a positive first impression for residents.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years hands-on general maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina for bending, lifting, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and appealing presentation.
• Clean appliances, fixtures, and surfaces; remove trash and debris.
• Perform minor repairs (drywall patching, painting, bulb replacement, leaky faucets).
• Inspect plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems for proper operation.
• Collaborate with the Service Team to complete repairs or replacements.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the community, including common areas.
• Inspect the property for maintenance or safety concerns and report issues promptly.
• Interact with residents, guests, and prospective tenants professionally.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and helpful manner.
