Job summary

S2 Residential in Jupiter, FL is seeking a Make Ready to prepare homes for move-in by inspecting units and coordinating with the maintenance team. You’ll handle appliance checks, minor repairs, and ensure safety devices are in working order.

You’ll work outdoors with the grounds team, manage turnovers, and assist with major projects or emergencies. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with a strong customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trash out of apartments with the grounds team.
• Inspect appliances, faucets, A/C systems, safety devices to ensure they are working.
• Inspect unit construction for chipped or missing paint, flooring, tile, etc.
• Identify parts, supplies, and items needed to complete unit turns.
• Perform routine maintenance: replace exterior bulbs, test irrigation, walk property for liabilities.
• Complete service requests by testing safety equipment and devices; replace blinds and A/C filters; other tasks per Lead Maintenance.
• Change front door and mailbox locks before handing unit back to leasing team.
