SPM, LLC – Tequesta Reserve Apartments in Davie, FL, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. Join a team delivering quality living experiences across 14 states, with a culture of care and responsiveness.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, perform preventive maintenance, and help sustain curb appeal. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred
• Experience in property maintenance
• Knowledge of appliances and home systems
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of maintaining the community’s physical condition, inside and out.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours, quickly and with care.
• Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
• Maintain curb appeal: clean up debris, pressure wash exteriors, and grounds.
• On-call duties for after-hours and occasional holidays/weekends.
• Keep inventory of commonly used parts and materials to control costs.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to meet residents’ needs.
