Job summary

S2 Residential is seeking a Make Ready associate to prepare homes for move-in by inspecting units and coordinating with the maintenance team. You will inspect appliances, A/C, safety devices, and finishes, and perform routine maintenance to keep properties in top condition.

Responsibilities include coordinating trash outs, obtaining parts, and replacing doors/locks as needed, with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and observant.
• Enjoys outdoor work and physical activity.
• Valid driver license and auto liability insurance required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trash out of apartments with the grounds team.
• Inspect appliances, faucets, A/C systems, safety devices for working condition.
• Inspect unit construction for chipped or missing paint, flooring, tile, etc.
• Identify parts and supplies needed to complete unit turns promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance like replacing exterior bulbs and checking irrigation.
• Test safety equipment, perform water/sewer extractions, replace blinds and A/C filters.
• Change front door and mailbox locks before turn over to leasing team.
