Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to ensure Progress homes are secure and market-ready. The role involves walk-throughs of vacant homes, inspections, re-keying, and basic maintenance to prepare for resident move-in.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in property management or maintenance, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. Salesforce/Yardi knowledge is a plus in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in property management or maintenance/inspections.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record and auto insurance required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walks assigned homes to ensure vacant on-market homes are move-in ready.
• Performs quality control, move-in inspections, and home curation.
• Performs basic maintenance such as changing batteries, bulbs, filters, and winterization.
• Prepares homes for move-in by re-keying, removing signage, and managing keys.
• Verifies utilities and ensures Smart Home systems are operational.
• Posts notices and communicates status with photos to team members.
• May assist with administrative customer service tasks.
