Freedom Village Bradenton is seeking an Apartment Turnover Painter to complete painting projects across the community. You will handle interior work on unit turnarounds, perform repairs, texture matching, refinishing, and touch-ups to ensure move-in ready homes.

This hands-on role requires attention to quality, timely execution, and safe work practices. You will coordinate with residents and staff to deliver high standards of resident-centered care in a hospitality-forward senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential painting preferred.
• Ability to complete tasks with attention to quality.
• Must be able to read work orders and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Completes all work orders in a timely manner with equipment information.
• Maintains proper levels of materials and supplies for the campus.
• Communicates effectively with residents and staff.
• Performs painting and touch-ups on walls, doors, frames, baseboards, ceilings, and other surfaces.
• Operates under general supervision and maintains safety standards.
