Requires high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in a similar setting, and knowledge of residential painting techniques (knock down and orange peel).

Qualifications

• High School or GED.
• 1 year experience in a residential apartment complex, commercial building construction or painting preferred.
• CMRP certification is desired.
• Knowledge of knock down and orange peel techniques.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine painting tasks on community grounds and parking areas.
• Completes work orders in a timely manner with detailed task and equipment information.
• Maintains proper levels of materials and supplies for the campus.
• Adheres to attendance policies and maintains dependability.
• Communicates effectively with residents and staff.
