Freedom Village Bradenton is seeking an Apartment Turnover Painter to complete painting projects across the community. You will handle interior work on unit turnarounds, perform repairs, texture matching, refinishing, and touch-ups to ensure move-in ready homes.

This hands-on role requires attention to quality, timely execution, and safe work practices. You will coordinate with residents and staff to deliver high standards of resident-centered care in a hospitality-forward senior living setting.

Responsibilities

• Completes all work orders in a timely manner with equipment information.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Apartment Turnover Painter is responsible for completing painting projects and paint repairs throughout the community, including apartment unit turnarounds, to ensure units are move-in ready and meet established quality standards. This hands-on position performs maintenance painting of walls, doors, door frames, baseboards, ceilings, floors, and other surfaces, including repairs, texture matching, refinishing, and related touch-up work. The role requires performing interior duties while maintaining a safe work environment and delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.

• Possess 1 year experience in a residential apartment complex, commercial building construction or painting preferred


• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired

Salary: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience
