Job summary

Two Coast Living in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prep vacant apartments for new residents. You will perform maintenance, cosmetic updates, painting, and fixture replacements to ensure move-in readiness on schedule.

You will work with the maintenance and property management teams, handling general maintenance needs across the property and maintaining safety and quality standards. This role is a stepping stone to the Maintenance Technician position with performance-based

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance, handyman, or make-ready/ turnover experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover tasks: painting, repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring/carpet touch-ups and cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet safety and quality standards before move-in.
• Support maintenance team with ongoing repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment per safety standards.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members across the community.
