Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician at The Parc at East 51st in Tulsa, OK. This full-time role prepares vacant apartments by painting, repairs, quick cosmetic upgrades, and thorough cleaning to ensure move-in readiness.

The position collaborates with Maintenance and Property Management, with a pathway to a Maintenance Technician role after proven performance and reliability. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance or make-ready experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover, including painting, repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring touch-ups and cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support maintenance team with ongoing repairs and preventative tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment per safety standards.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members across the community.
