CWS Corporate Housing in Houston, TX is seeking an Apartment Setup & Inspection Coordinator to ensure move-in/move-out readiness and guest satisfaction. You will inspect units, coordinate gifts and marketing materials, and manage equipment setup and inventory.

The role requires daily travel within the metro area, strong organization, and basic tech setup abilities. A High School diploma or GED is required, and a background in customer service or property maintenance is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles is preferred.
• Background in property maintenance or housekeeping is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect apartments before guest move-in and after move-out to ensure condition.
• Prepare, assemble move-in gifts, groceries, and marketing materials.
• Perform white-glove inspections and touch-ups during final walkthrough.
• Test Wi-Fi, cable, and major appliances for proper functioning.
• Coordinate with vendors for tech setup and equipment replacement.
• Manage inventory and supplies to support move-ins and marketing materials.
