Job summary

Liberty Senior Living is actively seeking a Move-In Coordinator to manage the end-to-end move-in process for new residents. You will build relationships with prospects, schedule and conduct tours, and ensure accurate paperwork is completed and uploaded in a timely fashion.

The role requires a college degree in marketing or business, plus 2+ years of sales/marketing experience and strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a college degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with prospects, residents and staff.
• Must maintain professional appearance and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain relationships throughout the move-in process.
• Complete move-in paperwork and upload to systems promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service with attention to detail and communicate move-in dates.
• Perform on-site tours and sales activities as needed.
• Learn and utilize CRM to track prospect engagement through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth resident transition.
