Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to guide new residents through a smooth transition into their apartment and community. You will welcome residents, coordinate move-in logistics, and ensure a warm, seamless first days with orientation and Welcome gifts.

Ideal candidates have customer service or hospitality experience, familiarity with Windows/Office tools, and an ability to coordinate with multiple teams. This is a full-time, on-site role at California communities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• One year of experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Senior Living / Multi-Family / New Home experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office (Word/Outlook/Excel) and basic email/internet; familiarity with client tracking and design software.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospective residents during leasing to build rapport and trust.
• Assists pre-leased residents with apartment access and measurements.
• Attends daily stand-up meetings and communicates move-in schedules to all departments.
• Ensures apartments are ready, completes punch list and final cleaning check.
• Conducts final move-in walkthrough and places resident handbook in apartment.
• Coordinates move-in with resident and mover to ensure a smooth process, including entry routes and elevator use.
• Welcomes new residents and provides orientation to community and apartment; hands over keys and essentials.
• Delivers a welcome gift and meal on move-in day; coordinates initial 1–3 days activities with ambassadors.
• Reviews Celebrations calendar and introduces FitCamp Trainer; performs other duties as assigned.

Our community is looking for a Move-In Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospective residents during the leasing process to begin to build rapport and trust in the relationship.
• Assists pre-leased residents with timely apartment access to measure for blinds, furniture, etc.
• Attends daily stand up meetings and provides accurate and timely communications regarding scheduled move in day with all department heads.
• Ensures apartment(s) are ready through verification of final cleaning and completion of punch list. Follows up with applicable requirements to ensure apartment is in an outstanding move in condition.
• Final walk through includes, placing water bottles in the refrigerator, thermostat is set for appropriate weather, and resident handbook is placed on kitchen counter for new residents.
• Coordinates the move with the resident and the mover to ensure a smooth move in process, including the logistics of where the moving truck should enter the community, park and the appropriate exterior doors to enter and elevator to use.
• Welcomes the new resident on move in day and provides an orientation to the community and apartment with the resident; keys, mail, appliances, thermostat, etc.
• Delivers a welcome gift/basket to the new resident on move in day or places in the apartment home before move in day.
• Delivers lunch or dinner to the new resident(s) on move in day.
• Coordinates dinner and activities for the initial 1-3 days of move in. Introduces new residents to resident ambassadors.
• Reviews Celebrations calendar of events and introduces new residents to FitCamp Trainer.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to use Microsoft Windows, preferably Microsoft 2010 or higher, including Word, Outlook and Excel. Ability to use email and the Internet. Ability to use client tracking and design software.
