Job summary

You will handle lead management, assist with paperwork, and help achieve occupancy and revenue goals while delivering exceptional service to residents and families.

Qualifications include at least two years in sales/marketing, strong computer skills, and the ability to travel for meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
• Experience in Senior Living is preferred.
• Proficient with Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM databases.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales & Marketing team to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Assist in move-in paperwork for new residents and coordinate the process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospects, residents, and families.
