Job summary

Ciel Senior Living is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to ensure smooth transitions for residents into our community. You will manage the end-to-end move-in process, serving as a compassionate guide for residents and families.

The role requires coordinating with multiple departments, assisting with paperwork, and conducting orientations to help new residents feel welcomed and informed as they settle into their new home.

Qualifications

• Associates' degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
• Two+ years' experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Proficiency in English reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for residents and families during move-in.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, maintenance for seamless moves.
• Assist with completing necessary paperwork.
• Coordinate moving logistics, including scheduling movers and transportation.
• Provide orientations to residents and staff.
• Support residents and families as they settle in.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to promote resident satisfaction.
• Attend training courses and stay up to date via LMS.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
