SPAN is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager for the Mountain Region to grow installers and distribution partners. You will own in-market relationship building, onboarding, and territory planning to expand SPAN’s electrification programs.

The role blends strategic sales, partner enablement, and data-driven decision making, including field visits and pipeline analysis to optimize performance.

Formación

• 5+ years in B2B sales, account development, or related sales roles.
• Proven ability to plan and prioritize in a dynamic sales environment.
• Experience with CRM tools (prefer Salesforce) and territory management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound interest from installer and distribution partners; qualify fit and guide early-stage conversations.
• Deliver tailored pitches highlighting SPAN value and program benefits to partners.
• Lead onboarding and activation calls for new partners and deepen engagement with existing ones.
• Support field events, trade shows, and partner rides to drive activation in market.
• Use Salesforce to track engagement, funnel status, and territory metrics; inform forecasting.
