Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Current PSIA/AASI or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years ski/snowboard instructor experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily Ski & Ride School instruction, including curriculum development and class scheduling.
• Assist with administrative duties: hiring, scheduling, training, payroll, and inventory management.
• Monitor instructor performance and provide feedback or escalation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Adhere to safety programs and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with management and other departments for operations.
