Job summary

Mt. Hood Meadows is seeking a part-time seasonal Guest Transit Host to keep shuttle lines organized and help guests move smoothly from parking to the mountain.

You’ll assist with loading, provide resort information, and coordinate with drivers and other teams to ensure safe, efficient transportation. The role emphasizes active outdoor work, strong customer service, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations while delivering a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced mountain

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Ability to understand and follow directions with professional communication.
• Must be able to work unsupervised and stay calm in high pressure situations.
• Ability to commit to working weekends and holidays during the winter season.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safe loading and unloading of guests at shuttle lines.
• Keep shuttle lines organized and manage traffic flow.
• Provide current resort information and answer guest questions.
• Collaborate with shuttle drivers and other departments to ensure safe operations.
• Help guests navigate from the parking lot to the mountain.
