Job summary

Mt. Hood Meadows is seeking a Shuttle Driver to move guests and team members safely between parking areas and the resort during the winter season. You will operate shuttles, follow routes and schedules, and help keep the mountain moving in changing conditions.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle inspections, maintaining a clean shuttle, and providing information to guests while coordinating with Transportation and Parking teams for safe traffic flow. This is a part- or full-time seasonal role.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a driver background check.
• Ability to be insured to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to work outdoors in adverse winter weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable interacting with the public using verbal communication.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Able to commit to working weekends and holidays during the ski and snowboard season.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting guests between parking areas and the resort.
• Operate shuttles on designated routes and schedules.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, organized shuttle.
• Interact with guests to provide information and assistance.
• Work closely with Transportation and Parking teams to keep traffic moving safely.
