Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Seasonal Restaurant Server at Solitude Mountain Resort in Utah. The role requires coordinating orders with the kitchen, providing prompt, friendly service, and upholding Solitude’s dining standards.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the ordering system.
• Know the menu, make recommendations and answer guests' questions.
• Set up the restaurant for service and set tables with linens, silverware, and stemware.
• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule reservations for customers.
• Help the restaurant manager, kitchen staff, host, and other servers as needed and complete additional tasks.
