Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a Retail Sales Attendant to join our Solitude team for the seasonal period. You will deliver excellent customer service, handle sales transactions, and help guests find apparel and sundries.

The position is part-time/seasonal with weekend and holiday availability. Prior cash register experience and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued, with on-floor duties and merchandise stocking as part of the role.

Position Summary

Seasonal JOB TITLE: Retail Sales Attendant DIVISION: Retail REPORTS TO: Retail Manager LOCATION: Canyon Fever / Solitude Mountain Resort CLASSIFICATION: Part-Time/ Seasonal/ Hourly POSITION: Solitude is looking for a Retail Sales Attendant to provide excellent customer service and strong communication skills. The retail attendant will ensure that customers leave our stores satisfied and contribute to the store’s profitability. Specific Job Requirements

• Previous sales and cash register experience and knowledge of apparel a plus
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Possess good interpersonal and retail skills and have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service in helping our guests select products
• Must be able to be on the sales floor for extended periods of time
• Basic computer skills (type, add, subtract)
• Must be able to lift 25-30lbs

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with a computer sales system processing cash and credit transactions
• Open and close store according to Solitudes guidelines
• Sell sales merchandise, apparel, and sundries
• Stock, receive and display merchandise
• Strong communication skills are a must
