Qualifications

• Experience in guest services and upholding service standards.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work holidays and weekends; flexible scheduling.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Food Handler’s Certificate as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately.
• Know the menu to make recommendations and answer questions.
• Set up the dining area including linens, silverware, and stemware.
• Answer calls and schedule reservations as needed.
• Assist the restaurant manager and kitchen staff and close the restaurant at end of shift.
