Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably in a lead, senior or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support daily retail operations.
• Experience with merchandising, promotional execution, and sales floor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail operations, including opening/closing procedures and adherence to standards.
• Direct and support sales floor activities and team members throughout the day.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and set the standard for product knowledge and service recovery.
