Job summary

Vail Resorts in Vermont seeks Restaurant Team Leaders for the Summer Seasonal 2026 program. You’ll lead floor service, assist management, and ensure a safe, high-quality dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous restaurant, supervisory or guest service experience required.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 8 hours.
• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Teamwork and communication in fast-paced environment.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest needs with responsive, friendly service.
• Maintain dining areas, assist with setup and bussing.
• Work on floor or in kitchen as needed for smooth operation.
• Assist in training staff and provide feedback.
• Enforce health and safety regulations in restaurant.
