Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for Restaurant Leaders in a winter seasonal role (2026/2027). You will lead dining service, supervise staff, and ensure top-notch guest experiences across shifts. This role emphasizes teamwork, training, and maintaining safety and service standards.

Starting wage ranges from $22.00 to $29.22 per hour with full-time hours available and housing options may be provided. Join a team delivering a premier dining experience at the mountain.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous restaurant, supervisory or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest needs with responsive, friendly service.
• Answer phones and coordinate with staff for dining room upkeep.
• Work on the floor or in the kitchen as needed to ensure smooth operation.
• Act as supervisor in the absence of a chef, including payroll and attendance.
• Assist in training staff and provide feedback.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure restaurant equipment and facilities are maintained.
