Job summary

Vail Resorts seeks energetic seasonal staff for Summer 2026 in Vermont. Positions include restaurant front-of-house roles with starting pay of $21.50 per hour, with potential to go higher based on role and experience.

This seasonal opportunity offers full-time shift availability, housing support, and access to employee perks and training. The team emphasizes guest service excellence, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Previous restaurant, supervisory or guest service experience required.
• Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fluent in English required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to all guest needs in the restaurant ensuring responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
• Answer phones and radio working with staff to maintain dining areas, including set up and busing tables.
• Work on the floor or in the kitchen as needed to ensure smooth operation.
• Assist in ongoing staff training and provide feedback as needed.
• Enforce health and safety regulations for restaurant, employees and guests.
• Ensure cleanliness and operation of restaurant and equipment through maintenance programs.
• Other duties as assigned
