Crystal Mountain is hiring a Rental Technician to prepare, inspect, and fit ski and snowboard rental gear for guests. You will ensure safety standards and proper sizing while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced mountain environment.

The role requires Rossignol binding certification, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training and growth opportunities are available, with a focus on safety and efficiency across rental operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to obtain Rossignol Ski Binding Certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Fit guests with properly sized ski boots, snowboard boots, helmets, skis, and equipment.
• Perform binding adjustments, inspections, and routine maintenance to ensure safety and standards.
• Assist guests with exchanges, adjustments, and troubleshooting throughout the day.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and accurate inventory of rental gear.
