Killington/Pico Ski Resort Partners, LLC is seeking a Ski Patrol Supervisor to lead the Ski & Bike Patrol, overseeing on-hill risk management, rescue and first aid, trail maintenance, and day-to-day patrol assignments. The role supports a safe, positive guest experience year-round.

You will supervise up to 35 staff in peak season, coordinate with the Patrol Manager and other departments, and ensure safe operations across winter and summer activities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree desirable.
• Outdoor Emergency Care certification.
• Advanced first aid and CPR training; EMT certification desirable.
• Four years of ski patrol/rescue experience; leadership experience.
• Good reading, writing, and speaking skills; ability to supervise and plan.

Responsabilidades

• Help plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate patrol operations.
• Provide direct supervision of up to 35 staff daily in peak season.
• Coordinate rescue, first aid, and trail maintenance work.
• Attend meetings and assist with staffing plans and daily assignments.
• Coordinate with Patrol Manager and other departments to ensure guest safety and service.
