Job summary

Deer Valley Resort is seeking a Mountain Operations Dispatcher for the 2026–2027 winter season in Park City, UT. You will coordinate across departments, monitor radio channels, and guide resource deployment to ensure guest service and safety.

Responsibilities include logging incidents, maintaining communications, and supporting rapid incident response while staying calm under pressure. This seasonal role requires strong ski ability and FEMA ICS-100 completion prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using multiple platforms and dispatch systems.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays during the winter season.
• Completion of ICS 100: Introduction to the Incident Command System (FEMA online course – approx. 2 hours) required prior to employment.
• Proficient skiing ability.

• Share timely and accurate information with relevant departments to support guest service and operational efficiency.
