Job summary

East West Hospitality's Stag Lodge in Deer Valley seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day maintenance, oversee building systems and guest areas, and ensure safety and exceptional service.

This hands-on leadership role requires 3-5 years in facilities/engineering, strong knowledge of HVAC/plumbing/electrical, and a proven ability to coordinate vendors, manage preventive maintenance, and collaborate with Lodge teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in maintenance, facilities, engineering, or building operations
• Hospitality experience preferred
• Supervisory/management experience preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and contractors
• Valid driver''s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance and engineering operations at Stag Lodge
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop maintenance team with safety/quality expectations
• Perform and oversee repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general maintenance
• Develop and manage preventive and seasonal maintenance programs
• Conduct property inspections and address safety concerns
• Maintain guest rooms, common areas, kitchens, offices, and facilities
• Coordinate with outside contractors and service providers
• Support maintenance budgets and capital projects
• Maintain accurate work orders and records
• Ensure life-safety equipment meets safety/regulatory requirements
• Partner with Housekeeping, Front Desk, F&B and other lodge teams
• Support snow removal and seasonal property needs
• Participate in emergency response and after-hours support
