Job summary

Mt. Bachelor LLC. is hiring Food Service Staff to work in our lodge cafeterias. The role emphasizes guest interaction, cashiering, bussing, and expediting orders while maintaining a clean dining environment across multiple lodge locations.

The position requires Oregon Food Handler’s Card, OLCC permit, POS experience, and at least 1 year in related roles. Schedule includes full-time or part-time shifts with a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere in a resort setting.

Qualifications

• License/Certifications: Oregon Food Handler’s Card and OLCC permit.
• Technical: POS experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum time in related position: 1+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced cafeteria setting.
• Accurately ring in orders and process transactions with the POS system.
• Maintain clean, stocked service areas and assist with dishwashing when needed.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as required by Leads or Supervisors.
• Observe mountain-wide policies and comply with employee handbook.
