Job summary

Mt. Bachelor LLC in Bend, Oregon is seeking a friendly server to uplift dining experiences in our mountain resort outlets. You will greet guests, upsell menu items, ring orders accurately, and maintain POS operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Requirements include OLCC and Oregon Food Handler’s Card, basic computer skills, and at least 1 year of serving in a high-volume setting. This is a full-time/part-time role with competitive hourly pay and extensive employee perks.

Qualifications

• License/Certifications: OLCC and Oregon Food Handler’s Card.
• Technical: POS experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service by greeting guests, upselling items, and guiding guests through the service process.
• Ring in orders accurately and maintain POS integrity, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace; ensure knowledge of menus and allergens.
• Adhere to OLCC regulations and company policies; clock in/out as required.
