Mt. Bachelor is seeking a Bar Support Staff member to assist with setup, maintenance, and cleanliness of The Clearing Rock Bar. You will work alongside bartenders and servers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an OLCC permit, strong POS skills, and a positive attitude. Schedules include full-time and part-time shifts, with opportunities to grow in a vibrant mountain resort setting in Bend, Oregon.

Qualifications

• OLCC permit required and must be carried on shift.
• POS system proficiency is required.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills necessary.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with preparing and serving beverages to customers.
• Maintain bar area stocked with supplies including glassware and garnishes.
• Retrieve and restock liquor bottles, kegs, beer cans, juices, and mixers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly attending to guests' needs and requests.
• Collaborate with bartenders and servers to ensure speedy service during peak hours.
• Set up and breaks down for each shift.
