Job summary

Mission Ridge Ski Resort in Wenatchee, WA, seeks a Line Cook to prepare and plate menu items for Chair 5 Pub and KaWham Café. You will work in a fast-paced mountain kitchen, upholding food safety, consistency, and a positive guest experience.

The role requires organization, teamwork, and reliability while adapting to changing service levels. Prior kitchen experience and flexibility with seasonal hours are preferred.

Qualifications

• Washington State Food Worker Card required.
• Washington State Health District Food Service Permit required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean, organized station.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, allergen, labeling, and storage procedures.
• Complete prep and maintain adequate product levels for service.
• Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining quality.
• Support kitchen team members, including cleaning, dishwashing, receiving, and other duties.
• Properly use kitchen equipment and minimize waste through proper handling.
