Job summary

Qualifications

• Line cook with ability to prepare, cook, and plate items per recipes.
• Must hold valid Washington State Food Worker Card.
• Washington State Health District Food Service Permit required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50–100 lb.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items per recipes.
• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean station.
• Follow food safety, labeling, and storage procedures.
• Complete prep and maintain adequate product levels.
• Work efficiently during high-volume periods.
• Support kitchen team with cleaning and receiving duties.
• Use kitchen equipment properly and minimize waste.
