Job summary

Boyne Resorts’ Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Lift Operator to help load and unload guests safely and efficiently, while providing excellent hospitality and enforcing safety standards. You will perform startup checks, assist riders, monitor machinery, handle guest belongings, and answer questions about the resort, contributing to a welcoming mountain experience.

This is a non-benefited, hourly position with a wage range of $22–$23 per hour, requiring reliability, communication, and scheduling

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer experience.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate reliability with strong attendance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work varied seasonal schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily lift startup checks of drive and return terminal machinery.
• Assist guests onto chairs and manage lift queues for safe boarding.
• Monitor guest exits and provide assistance as needed.
• Promptly report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance staff.
• Collect and return guests' belongings to owners or Lost & Found.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and knowledge of resort amenities.
• Accomplish additional duties supporting resort operations.
