The Summit at Snoqualmie, operated by Boyne Resorts, is seeking an Lift Operations Supervisor to oversee chairlifts, gondolas, and surface lifts across the mountain. You will manage staff, implement safety protocols, and coordinate with mountain leadership to ensure smooth operations.
You will drive safety compliance, lead incident investigations, and develop training programs to uphold industry-leading standards while coordinating with maintenance and guest services for peak-season planning.
The Lift Operations Supervisor position is responsible for comprehensive oversight of lift operations across multiple chairlifts, gondolas, and surface lifts at an assigned base area. This role oversees lift operations lead operators and operators, develop operational policies and safety procedures, ensures compliance with regulatory standards and risk management protocols, and serves as the primary liaison between lift operations and senior mountain management. The Lift Operations Supervisor drives operational excellence through strategic leadership, budget management, staff development, and maintaining industry-leading safety and guest experience standards while ensuring seamless integration with broader mountain operations and regulatory compliance.

The wage range for this positions is: from $28.00 to $32.00/hr DOE
This is a non-benefited role.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
