Job summary

Local Vacation Rentals in Breckenridge seeks a skilled Home Maintenance Technician who can fix problems across multiple properties, not just inspect them. You’ll show up with tools, diagnose issues, and leave each home guest-ready.

You’ll perform plumbing fixes, electrical work, drywall, appliance troubleshooting, and HVAC tasks, triage on-site, coordinate with the team, and document what was found and fixed to keep hosts and guests happy.

Qualifications

• Home maintenance or trade experience.
• Proficiency with a smartphone and basic web/app-based tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must be located within 15 miles of our Breckenridge office.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Property management or hospitality experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties between guest checkouts and repairs on the spot.
• Fix plumbing, replace fixtures, patch drywall, troubleshoot appliances.
• Address HVAC concerns and other mountain-home maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with the team on larger jobs and keep accurate records of findings and fixes.
• Provide on-call support for in-stay guest issues.
