Job summary

Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation at Loon Mountain Resort is seeking friendly guest services staff to greet guests, explain products, promotions, and hours, and help create a welcoming experience.

You will identify guests’ needs, steer them to appropriate desks, assist with reservations or boot fittings, and provide directions and trail maps.

Maintain a positive demeanor, join daily safety and service briefings, and educate guests about Your Responsibility Code to ensure a safe, enjoyable visit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them to the appropriate area.
• Identify guests' needs and steer them to sign-in stations, Snowsports Desk, Children's Center, or reservations.
• Identify guests with reservations and assist with fulfillment or boot fittings.
• Provide directions and trail maps; share contact information.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and attend daily safety/service meetings.
• Promote safety by educating guests about Your Responsibility Code.
